The idea for Stensolution was born during an expert meeting. Under this name three leading specialists bundle their know-how for the electronics sector and offer solutions for the stencil printing process.
Emil Otto, manufacturer of efficient cleaning media for manual and automatic cleaning in electronics production, looks back on 118 years of experience in the field of innovative product solutions in the field of fluxes and cleaning solutions.
SMT Express from Sweden is an innovative developer and manufacturer of stencil underside cleaning rolls. “Hyperclean" achieves the best possible cleaning results in a stable printing process.
"Especially for Fine-Pitch and μ-BGA, the stable printing process is of utmost importance for consistently high product quality and reliability. At Stensolution, we have coordinated several sub-processes of solder paste printing and thus offer an integrated solution that includes SMD stencil, cleaning medium and fleece. The customer receives quality products according to the modular principle, which complement each other and guarantee economical and clean printing on printed circuit boards. Currently Stensolution offers the first three product categories, further partnerships are planned," explains Claudia Müller, Sales Manager at BECKTRONIC GmbH.
