SMD stencils for all conventional tensioning frames

We produce SMT stencils for all common quick-tensioning frames, for expample stencils with our BEC100 sprocket holes for Alpha Tetra and Micro Mount quick-tensioning frames. Of course we also provide for any other systems such as Quattroflex, ZelFlex or VectorGuard, Heeb and Metz just to name a few.

In order to simplify the handling of SMT stencils and to provide you with the necessary stencil stability, we have developed two innovative alternatives. The patented BECsnapVG SMT stencil replaces the VectorGuard VG260. For Quattroflex second and third generation quick-tensioning frames, our BECsnapQF SMT stencil is suitable. Based on the requirements of electronics manufacturing, the new SMT stencil offers numerous advantages.

We supply VectorGuard, Quattroflex, ZelFlex and AlphaTetra quick-tensioning frames as standard. These are available in different sizes and designs. We are happy to advise you on other types of frames. Special frames are available on request.

What type of quick-tensioning frames for SMD stencils are there?

Common 4-sided quick-tensioning frames are Vector Guard, Alpha Tetra, Quattro-Flex and ZelFlex. These are available in different formats and sizes.

The smaller, 2-sided tensioning frames include, for example, Heeb, Metz or Paggen / Essemtec.  

 

What are quick-tensioning frames used for?

The number of SMD stencils mounted in fixed frames has been declining for years. Unframed stencils are used in electronics production not only for reasons of space. For printing they are clamped into a tensioning frame.
