The increasingly complex requirements for electronic assemblies demand more and more specialized solutions for manufacturing. This also applies to the preparation of components by means of SMD stencils. 
 

One of them are our step stencils. These are SMD stencils with partially different material thicknesses. The individual step designs of these SMD stencils are manufactured with "squeegee-friendly" transitions and are available with fixed frames or as quick-clamping stencils.  
 

The reason: the ever-increasing packing densities of electronic components on a PCB and the number of mixed assemblies require different paste volumes. With a specially designed SMD stencil like our BECstep this is possible without any problems.
