With our SMD stencils you can always rely on the best and usual quality of BECKTRONIC. 

In addition, we offer you various possibilities to refine your SMD stencils. This allows your stencil printing to be optimized even further. 

  1. The brushing process: One possibility is the brushing process. By default, our SMD stencils are brushed on both sides. The brushing process creates two different surface topographies on the SMD stencil. While the bottom side (LP side) is smoothed, the squeegee side is slightly roughened. 
     
  2. Chemical surface treatment: By means of the chemical treatment of the stencil surface, we achieve a sustainable optimization of the solder paste release behavior. This increases the stencil service life while the cleaning cycles are reduced to the same extent. The positive effects of the treatment remain over the entire lifetime of the treated SMD stencils. 
     
  3. Nano-coated stencils: Upon request, we can finish your SMD stencil with a nano-coating. The high-quality stencil coating gives the stencil surface (PCB side) fluxophobic properties (paste and flux repellent). In this way, you achieve a longer service life while reducing cleaning cycles.
